“My boyfriend loved the basket. However, I found it very challenging to follow up with the order. I’m unsure if the site was down but it did not allow me to sign in my account (I tried various times and days) to track down the package and get a delivery date estimate. In addition, the wonderful gift note I wrote to be delivered with the hamper was not included- that was sad.”

I do apologise for the lack of tracking and updates around your order we had a few technical issues last week however this has now been resolved. The gift messages are sometimes missed by recipients due to their placement, they are on the outer packaging instead of inside the hamper.
