Definitely not worth the £32 I paid for it. 2 scones, jam and clotted cream, packet of tea and biscuits! Would have cost less than £10 from the shop. Lovely packaging is the positive. Would not purchase again at that price - maybe half the price.

I placed an order for two gift hampers, each intended for different recipients at separate addresses. When placing the order, I specifically selected two different delivery dates and included unique gift messages for each hamper. Unfortunately, both hampers were delivered prior to the selected dates, and neither of the gift messages was included. This has not only disrupted the intended timing of the gifts but also resulted in confusion for the recipients, as there was no indication of who the hampers were from or the occasion they were meant to celebrate. I had expected a more reliable service, especially when scheduling and personalisation were clearly specified during the order process.
