“I sent this to my elderly mother for her birthday. She has dementia, so she won’t remember it now, but when I phoned she had just opened it and was so delighted with it I felt happy that I had chosen it. She was saying ‘chocolate, scones, cream, tea, how lovely!’. She will have eaten it straight away, and if I phoned her now she would deny ever having had it, but it certainly gave her a really happy birthday on the day!”
