I completely understand how important those moments are, and I’m truly sorry that the delivery issues affected what should have been a special New Year’s Eve for them. “The website was great to use as a first time buyer. Easy to navigate, described the various hampers really well and was very straightforward to set up delivery addresses, payments etc. Plenty of notifications were provided as the hampers were prepared, shipped and delivered, which really helped me knowing what was happening. An unexpected delivery issue occurred with the couriers, but the support team responded rapidly and handled the matter to my satisfaction. Would definitely use them again.”
