“This was a birthday gift for my cousin whose mum had died two days before his birthday. I tried to see if the hamper could get there for his birthday but ordered too late (with only a day’s notice); however, the customer service team member (Steve) couldn’t have been kinder and more sympathetic to the situation, even if there was no way of speeding up the delivery. I really appreciated his kind words after a difficult week. Thank you Steve.”
