Ordered this to be delivered on my friends birthday, it was not received and no card in door to say it had been delivered elsewhere. The photo on the delivery confirmation was not hers and not a door she recognised plus she was in at time so delivery was not even attempted. Contacted hampers and was told they would check with the driver as to which address it was delivered too but didn’t hear anything again even though I emailed at the end of day as nothing received. My friend had to contact all her neighbours to see if anyone had it which was very disappointing as it was her birthday! Still nothing from the company and as a result I would definitely never used hampers.com again
