“I'm adopted and live in Australia, and recently found my brother in Surrey. I sent a hamper for his birthday, and was dismayed to receive an email saying that if he wasn't home the hamper wouldn't be left. I tried contacting the courier company and could not get through so decided to call the hamper company directly. I spoke with the lovely Hannah, who not only organised a new hamper with a different courier and phoned my brother to organise the delivery, but threw in a bonus hamper as well, as she was so touched by our story. Customer service like this is rare these days, and Hannah should be given a bonus for her empathy and care, and going that extra mile for her customers. My brother and his daughter told me that the hampers were amazing. I will most definitely be using this company again, but will pay for the courier next time, instead of using the free one.”
