“Right so a couple of issues. Order processed twice, and double charged. Dhl buggered up the delivery also. However, whats important is how any situation is resolved. Hannah from client support was great. Yes, it required a fair amount of back and forth sorting the unique situation but to be fair it was sorted well.”

“As I was not the recipient of the hamper I cannot comment of its quality. But as the purchaser I can comment on the ordeal in getting the hamper delivered. My emails to the company are still unanswered on the missing hamper and then the delays that occurred with the replacement. It's a shame that the recipient had to make numerous phone calls on my behalf in order to the gift.”
