This is the 3rd year that I have ordered hampers from you and never previously had any problems. This year, I ordered 4 of these Traditional Hampers for my senior team, along with a further 7 others for the rest of my team. Although the feedback on the hampers was good, I was very disappointed that the 4 Traditional Hampers arrived after Christmas instead of Christmas Eve, as ordered, and paid extra for! The idea is that the hamper arrives before Christmas so that they can enjoy it over the 2 main days, so to hear that they arrived late was incredibly disappointing!

I’m very sorry that this year’s experience did not meet the standard you’ve previously had with us. I’m pleased to hear the hampers themselves were well received, however I completely understand how disappointing it was that the Traditional Hampers arrived after Christmas despite being ordered and paid for with Christmas Eve delivery in mind. That timing is clearly key, particularly when the intention is for recipients to enjoy them over the main festive days. Some communications were sent where delays were identified, however I sincerely apologise if you did not receive this or if it came too late to be of value. Lovely selection and sturdy basket. Good dates on food items. Only niggle I paid extra for Xmas eve delivery and it was delivered on 27th Dec which was a bit disappointing

I ordered this on behalf of my mother. We were told it would arrive on Christmas Eve, but it arrived on the 27th. Which defeat the entire object of why she bought these hampers. When the hampers were opened we were shocked at the very small quantity of foods considering the cost ?! Absolutely shocking poor value for money and won’t use the company again. After complaining we were offered a 20% refund but that is really not enough.

The recipient loved it, so that’s already amazing! All I can say, on top of that, is they went above and beyond to help, they were extremely efficient and fast, managed to have it delivered before Christmas despite the order being placed not much in advance. Next year I’ll buy all corporate hampers from here!! A million % recommend!

Hamper was five when it finally got here. Turns out that next day delivery advertised was not a thing. Ordered on Friday, finally arrived on Tuesday but only after chased up via email, downloading a shop app so could allegedly track, and eventually a phone call to find out what was going on.
