Biggest issue was that we order these for our staff and a few other business contacts. The stated delivery time was 2-3 business days but in reality it ended up being 5 business days. As you close in on xmas, this could have caused a lot of issues with people going to family etc. I undersatnd xmas is busy, but surely the clue is in the ittle i.e. Chistmas Hamper. If it's going to take 5 days then tell us.
