We had an issue where the courier let us down and misplaced the order, but Mohammed from The Hampers team got in touch and arranged for a replacement to be shipped the next day via a different courier. I really couldn't have asked for more - brilliant service. The hamper wasn't for us, so we couldn't comment on the content, but we know the recipients were delighted. We will buy from them again.

What a beautiful gift this was, well appreciated by my parents. It had ample portions for an older couple and not too many delicacies for their plainer palate. I was kept up to date with every step of the delivery process. 5 stars from me as my parents complimented on the taste and presentation.

As no hamper arrived for whatever reason I am disppointed and the recipients equally so. I believe my contract with you and which I payed to you reflects badly on the delivery vehicle you employed to deliver said hamper so my resonse to your request for a review reflects both of our responses. If the delivery firm did not receive the hamper then the onus reflects on you.

Hamper was nice but..paid £6 for named day delivery and it wasn’t delivered on the day. As recipient works nights I really wanted it on a specific day when not asleep. Hampers say they would refund the postage which is the bare minimum I would expect. Everi were the delivery company- use DPD Hampers if offering this service
