We have received no information from Hampers.com that this gift was ever sent out and no information that the gift was received by the recipient! I plan to contact them today and see what is going on. I have received a message from my credit card company showing a charge was made to my card.

I'm sure the hamper is lovely but sadly it has not been received by the recipients. I have sent emails to hamper.com but no success. I spoke with Ana from customer service who was going to chase up Evri the delivery company but still waiting to hear

I have used Hamper in the past and really like your products & prompt delivery. This year you did post that you’ve had over the top orders, dealing with COVID, etc. so, I got in touch with your “help” to track my delivery that I ordered on Dec. 7 to be delivered on dec. 23 which I paid delivery for. I want to say that even with my not hearing from you regarding my tracking situation you took care of it very nicely, through it all, it was delivered on Dec. 24th to my son & his wife, they loved it & thank you for taking care of it so promptly & so kindly. It has been a crazy year & your caring makes such a difference. I’ll be ordering again in the new year. I truly like your company for shipping to the people I love. Happy new year to Hampers.com
