“Unfortunately my gift was never recieved by the recipient, however it appears it was a delivery courer issue rather than an issue from this company. The Hmaper company were extremely helpful and ended up sending a replacement hamper.........hopefully this one will reach my sister!”

“It's better if the courier can tell or leave a message to the recipient that the hamper has been delivered to her neighbour otherwise the recipient will never know it as she will not aware I sent a gift to her. On the next day of the delivery, I had to tell the recipient that I have sent a gift to her but she had to pick it up from her neighbour.”
