The actual hamper was lovely and well received by my friends. I would like to be able to use you again BUT only if you use another delivery agent. The Evri delivery was late, left on my doorstep in the rain and dark, nobody rang the bell or even knocked at the door. They are well known in this particular area as being the worst delivery people!

It is a shame that there isn't enough space here, for me to express my true feelings on how brilliant this company is Hampers.com and what they have done for me over the years that, I have and still am a customer of theirs. Should something go a miss with your order like, the delivery is done on the wrong date or not done at all or maybe you were overcharged because of some computer glitch! Never fear about approaching this company for them to rectify the situation for you. This they did twice for me without any fuss and a whole lot of apologies. This is the sort of company that you can put your faith and trust into. Their service and professionalism goes above and beyond and I can honestly say how happy I am to HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. You are in safe hands!!

I have not received this yet and there isn't even an update when this will be delivered. I phoned already and I was told this weekend but no update yet. I need it by Monday

Dear Kate, Thank you for your review. I can see one of your hampers was delivered on 03/12 and the second was attempted on 05/12. When it is back out for delivery, the carrier will notify you by email and SMS with an update. This is a general review. Most of the 20 hampers were not delivered when requested, some did not arrive at all, and still waiting for refund on two items. I was extremely dissapointed with the service and will not order from them again.

Hampers.com always supply a lovely looking hamper with quality products. This was enjoyed by the gift recipient, but one negative comment was that the Panettone box far exceeded the size of the actual cake. It was a bit misleading, plus the extra wrapping was not necessary.
