“We struggle to find the right gifts for the right people, so the hamper we had sent to relatives was an excellent choice. There were so many to choose from, but we went with a beautiful mid-range Christmas Cracker Hamper. When we received our Christmas call from our relative, they were so delighted they didn't want to ruin it; as they explained "it's just far too beautiful". Value didn't come at a price, it came with service, product, presentation and making someone else's Christmas a little more magical. Huge thank you for this hamper and I surely will be ordering again for 2026...maybe more relaives this year.”

“I am generally very happy with the product and the hamper itself, which was lovely. However, I would like to raise a formal complaint regarding the personalized message card that was supposed to accompany the gift. Before placing the order, I specifically confirmed with your support guy ( Mohammed ) that my personal message would be included on a card so the recipient would know who the hamper was from. The team assured me that this would be done. Unfortunately, when I followed up with the recipient a month after delivery (as I had not heard from them), they confirmed they had received the hamper but had no idea who it was from, as there was no message card or any indication of the sender included. This was very disappointing, as the anonymous delivery completely defeated the purpose of sending a thoughtful gift. I kindly request that you investigate what went wrong and let me know how this can be addressed. Thank you for your attention to this matter.”

Dear Adchariya, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I’m really sorry to hear how disappointing this was, especially as the message was an important part of sending a thoughtful gift. Gift messages are included in a clear plastic wallet attached to the outside of the hamper, next to the delivery address, rather than inside the hamper itself. I sincerely apologise if this was missed, particularly as you had specifically checked this in advance. I completely understand how upsetting it must have been for the recipient not to know who the gift was from, and how that took away from the experience.
