Failed to deliver the hamper. I had to chase this with the courier and then request a refund from the seller. No compensation for the incovience and I would not purchase a hamper from them in the future. Very disapointed.

I’d love to write a favourable review for this hamper, but unfortunately it was never delivered! Whilst I appreciate that hampers.com cannot control the specific delivery when contracted out, they can use a reliable trustworthy delivery company. Unfortunately their choice of delivery company(Evri) has been a disaster in this case, and the gift intended for my father in his sheltered accommodation has failed to materialise. The delivery companies excuses have been pathetic and there is the distinct possibility that the intended gift has been stolen by an employee of the delivery company! We have used hampers.com for several years without trouble, but so long as they continue to use this unreliable delivery company we have no confidence in making further orders from them.

I purchased this particular hamper because both friends were of the same opinion as mine that many suppliers include a basket and we would rather have a similar value in food items. Both were delighted with the contents, inc a simple fabric bag which is of more use.and assumed cheaper than any basket.

I ordered two hampers products going to separate addresses and dates. The first hamper went missing (Evri saying never received) and was quickly resolved by Hampers. The second had more lead time to delivery in time for Christmas (and I paid extra for a specific date) but unfortunately missed the scheduled date (and Christmas) even after chasing for updates. Whilst the products may be nice I can’t say I was impressed by the overall service hence 3 stars only.

I gave this as a gift this christmas, feed back from recipient,under some mince pies there was brown sticky gunge which wasnt coming from any of mince pies
