“Ordered the Christmas hamper and when it was delivered was really pleased. Beautiful gift. Mohamed assisted me with some delivery issues with the courier and couldn't have been more helpful even refunding the delivery charge. Would highly recommend this company for hampers and excellent service.”

“The hamper was delivered within a few days of ordering within the time scale given. There had been a considerable delay previously with a double order placed in October and the Hamper team had helped to address this successfully. The hamper is for a gift so cannot comment on the contents but they were beautifully packed in a substantial box and looked very appealing.”

Dear Cathleen, Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear the recipients were unsure who the hamper was from - I understand how disappointing that must have been. For clarity, the gift message is always placed on the outside of the hamper, inside the clear document pouch next to the address label, rather than inside the box itself.
