We are very sorry that the recipients did not get their gift message, sometimes recipients overlook the gift message as it is not included inside the hamper, we place this on the outer packaging where the delivery label is. From what I could see in the picture everything appeared to be top quality. My aunt always says the products are very tasty when she gets these gifts
