“I sent this hamper as a birthday gift and the recipient loved it . I live in Australia and ordered next day delivery . The delivery was carried out promptly with tracking and delivery information sent keeping me updated. Very happy with the hamper and customer service and I will definitely be a returning customer .”

“The product itself was faultless but after advising the recipient to remain at home to receive it, it did not arrive as forecast. My friends received the hamper the following evening and had to remain home on a second occasion. Hampers. Com have offered to refund the delivery charge, which is probably the minimum they needed to do. I'll probably use another company in future.”
