I was fortunate to receive one of these hampers. Food and wine were very good - much better than hampers I have received in the past. Service was great - ordered 7 hampers and all arrived on time and in excellent condition. Highly recommended and would use again.

Its a shame that a company that does offer a very reasonable product lets itself down in other ways. I ordered 5 hampers over the Christmas period, 4 were dlivered correctly but the 5th never arrived. On getting in touch with Hampers I was offered, not a replacement hamper but an alternative hamper, becuase they had sold out of the original hamper that I had ordered, this was of a lower value and get this, without any refund. It took several emails between Hampers.com and myself to eventually get a refund by which stage my Christmas experience of giving to others was completely gone. I should add that my Daughter who had previously sent me 2 hampers from this company has also been let down on delivery and like me will not be using them again. C. Harris

I’m genuinely sorry for the disappointment and frustration this caused, especially as this involved multiple orders intended for Christmas gifting. While I’m pleased that the majority of the hampers were delivered correctly, it’s clear that the experience with the missing hamper let you down. Offering an alternative of lower value without an immediate refund is not the standard we aim to uphold, and I completely understand how the back-and-forth needed to resolve this would have taken away from the enjoyment of giving at Christmas. I’m also very sorry to hear that your daughter has had similar delivery issues. This is not acceptable, and it’s clear that we fell short in both delivery and resolution on this occasion. Unfortunately the hamper never arrived. Appreciate that it was a busy time of year but a date close to Christmas should not be provided as an option if if can't be met.

order for delivery to London. ordered on 21 October, told it would not be delivered until 31 October. It was ordered as a birthday gift and completely missed the birthday.
