“I ordered the Luxury Coffee Lover's Hamper for Father's Day. Fast delivery but unfortunately, when it arrived at my dad's, the syrup cap was broken or not on correctly, so half the bottle was gone and had leaked all over the hamper. I did send a message on Sunday but 3 days later and i've still not received a reply.”
