For the second time my hamper was delivered late… 23/12/25 for Xmas, sorry excuse about courier and delivered 27/12/25 and not even to the right address… same happens in May 25’ for a special birthday.

Hamper was as described. It was ordered for a Christmas delivery with a guarantee advertised of delivery by Christmas Eve, company chosen for this reason as others could not guaranteee the delivery date and made that clear in their advertising. Gift did not arrive until 3 day post Christmas - very disappointing and embarrassing for the recipient and sender

The hamper was a Christmas gift for my daughter and her family. I chose it because there was such a variety of tasty treats to suit everyone. I didn't get to try any of it myself but my daughter was very pleased with the whole hamper. Thank you.
