Our hampers are priced to reflect the artisan products inside, along with sourcing, packing, and delivery, however I appreciate that on this occasion it did not feel worth the price paid. “Would give no stars if I could. Changed the delivery date and got charged an additional £12 fee which did seem a bit steep. Delivery was changed to Christmas Eve and the recipient is still waiting to receive the hamper. Very unsatisfactory all round. First time using this company, won’t be using them again or recommending.”
