Hamper was good and well liked, however the advertising of "free UK postage over £50" was misleading. I purchased two hampers at £52 each, was forced to pay £10 delivery EACH to an agreed Uk mainland address - and then both hampers were not delieverd on the chosen day (one a day late, the other two days late). No responce from Hampers.com when asked about this.

Your shipping was charged at £10 due to the address being outside of UK mainland, it was to an Isle, which is charged at an additional cost. I am very sorry to hear that it arrived 2 days later than expected, I cannot see why this happened on the tracking. I have emailed to further discuss this with you and to resolve this issue. My gift recipients were very pleased with their gift Traditional treats. I am unaware of the items having never tasted or even seen them before So I rely on this company to offer items at my friends in the UK would like. This is not the first time I've sent them a gift nor is it the first time they've been extremely pleased with it so I'm extremely grateful that I do not have to worry about choosing what presents to send from my very dear friends. an added bonus is that the delivery has been dependable as well.

Please be aware that what you order may not be what is received. The hamper I ordered had 50% substitions, none of which were suitable for the recipient, and some that she was actually allergic to. The quality of the contents is good, and if I'd actually received the items as shown on the website listing, this would have been a 5* review.

My grandson said it was all great. I love Hamper because it allows me to send quality gifts to my grandson and other friends. We live in the US and I always know I can depend on quality gifts to be delivered with care.
