Wheel Woolies - 3 Piece Wheel Brush Kit

These are a premium set of wheel and trim brushes custom designed and developed specifically for car care enthusiasts.

Included in the kit are three different sized brushes all manufactured from chemical resistant ultra-soft polypropylene fibre heads and non-scratch flexible handles to give better safety and access when cleaning deep-dished intricate wheel designs. These wheel brushes contain no metal parts and as such the wheel woolies are extremely safe on any wheel finish and the wool compresses to fit into tight spaces. The three different brush sizes allow even complex designed wheels to be completely cleaned from front to back. They are also extremely hard wearing.

- The Large Wheel Woolie is 19 inch long and has a 3 inch diameter synthetic wool head. Use this long handled Wheel Woolie to reach deep into the wheels or clean the wheel wells of any vehicle, from cars to offroad vehicles.

- The Medium Wheel Woolie is now 19" inches long with a 2 inch diameter synthetic wool head. This one is ideal for smaller wheel gaps, air diffusers, door jams, engine areas, etc.

The Small Wheel Woolie is ideal for tight gaps, like grilles, and narrow spoke wheels. It is 8 inch long and 1 inch in diameter.

To use any Wheel Woolie, spray the wheel with the wheel cleaner of your choice. Then dip the Wheel Woolie into wash water and agitate the wheel. The synthetic wool gently removes brake dust and grime from all types of wheels. Rinse each wheel and dry it with a soft towel to avoid spotting.

“These are very nice quality wheel/tight space cleaning mops. The smaller one would benefit from a longer handle to get past brake calipers and backing plates on smaller diameter wheels; just means rolling the vehicle to get to the whole wheel. They rinse out quickly after use. A good detailing product.”

“The various sizes are perfect for getting to every inch of your wheels, they hold masses of soap and water for a safe and effective clean! They may seem a bit pricey but they really are the highest quality and if you get them you won't look any further!”

“i must say i am really pleased with my purchase of the wheel woolies brush kit. After reading other reviews i decided to get some myself, they cost a bit more than your normal wheel brush but i suppose you get what you pay for!! excellent product and they make cleaning the wheels that little bit easier. Would definitely recommend this product!!”

“Wheel Woolies - Wheel Brush Kit Previously I had prepared my alloys with Gyeon Rims from new so having put on a few miles in the past few weeks during the initial brake pad bedding in period my newly polished wheels were looking pretty grim. A sort of black greasy deposit really detracts from the looks of a car wheel but like most people I don’t wish to be removing wheels to clean them every car wash, what was needed was a product capable of accessing the rims through the face of the alloy wheel. Most brushes Ive seen are stiff bristled and could scratch. Fortunately I discovered Wheel Woolies at cleanyourcar.co.uk, I watched the videos and looked up more information from the manufacturers site direct. Essentially Wheel Woolies are a set of three soft carpet like brushes attached to plastic spindle handles. No metal has been used so reducing the risk of scratching to a minimum and yet able to access all the intricacies of today’s car alloys. Today I used them for the first time by first applying Autoglym Wheel Cleaner to the wheels and then agitating the cleaner and built up brake dust. Then rinsed the wheel wooly in car shampoo and water to aid in its removal before water spray to wash the deposits away. I found them very easy to use and was able to reach all parts of my wheels using the kit in combination. I had to use the smallest wooly to access the part of the wheel between the rim and brake calliper, the most difficult part to access. The only minor gripe I have is that they should have made the handle a little longer on the smallest brush to make it easier to reach to the back of the wheel. Just a quick rinse after squeezed out and hung up to dry the kit is ready to go next time. Being made from such dense soft synthetic wool the kit should be long lasting whilst being very absorbent holding lots of washing liquid, proving an excellent addition to my detailing kit.”

“I bought these for two reasons. One to replace a bristle style brush, which I think scratched my last car's alloys, and two a brush that would fit between the callipers and my rim on my new car. Strictly speaking the 2nd one has not been met, even the small brush is a bit tight, but the softness of the brushes seems to lift off the dirty easier meaning less effort. They are on the expensive side but seem to be of good construction and materials.”
