Scholl Concepts Spider Pad Navy Blue 145mm
The Spider Sandwich Pads from Scholl Concepts is a firm, reticulated premium polishing pad. Featuring a brand new, unique heat-resistant foam composition that provides a steady and consistent cutting performance.
Compared to conventional pads, the Spider Pads can therefore absorb a greater quantity of polishing material resulting in enhanced cutting performance and greater yield of the abrasive gains. The foam gives higher air circulation, reducing heat generation whilst polishing allowing speeds to be increased and polishing time to be decreased. Spider Sandwich Pads combines the advantages of foam and wool pads.
The Scholl Navy Blue Spider Pad is a relatively firm but fine and has a versatile range of applications. The calibrated face creates more mechanical cut from your chosen compound.
The Scholl Concepts Navy Blue Spider Pad can be used on a Dual Action or Rotary Polisher with Scholl S3 Gold XXL, Scholl S17 & Scholl S20 Black.

A car came to me after a full respray (2/3weeks after respray) which was full of 1200/1500 da sanding marks I thought I give this pad a go since I’ve tried the purple one and was very pleased with it... so I used the blue pad with s3 and was cutting within 5 passes... I highly rate this pad.

I'd say if you're a newcomer to detailing or even a seasoned professional, you have to give this pad a try with S20 Black. The results and ease of use on a variety of paint hardness's is genuinely up there with some of the best products. You don't have to work a product too hard with this pad and it isn't catchy on the machine, simply work it over a section and you'll notice the pad can go for for quite some time as it holds a lot of the product back in the cross sections. You can take your time but it does finish down nicely depending on when your using and will attack the majority of imperfections pretty well. Although it's a heavy cut pad, I have noticed some occasions where a pad change was required but honestly on the whole I think 90% of people will be very happy with the results.
