R222 Concours Wax Kit
The R222 Concours car wax kit contains the award winning R222 Carnauba Concours Wax and the R222 paintwork cleaner. In order to get the best from any wax or sealant preparation is the key. Getting the preparation right is as important as the wax you are going to apply and that’s why we recommend applying a paintwork cleaner before applying the wax. To complement the kit we have also included three plush buffing towels.
The Kit Contains:

R222 Concours Car Wax
This is quite possibly the best wax out there that is way beyond its price bracket in terms of quality, shine and lasting performance. Premium quality carnauba paste that does not contain or need for that matter any ‘fruity’/’nice smelling’ additives to give that superior shine. Once you have use R222 Concours-look Carnauba wax you will probably never try any other wax again. and that’s a promise.
R222 Paintwork Cleanser
R222 - Gloss Enhancing Paintwork Cleanser is a thick, pre-wax cleaner that removes contaminants and prepares paintwork for your preferred wax. Easy to apply, this rich emollient oil with gentle chemical cleaners is the finest polish available.
Pkg/3 Ultimate Ultra-Plush Buffing Cloths
After extensive testing and customer response, the Ultimate Ultra-Plush towel was improved even further. It still handles the dirtiest of jobs like a champ and locks dirt away until it's released upon washing. The patented soft microfiber wrapped edge, along with removable tag makes for a truly "scratchless" towel.

Amazing wax although I think I received a very old batch as the label still said p21s which was phased out years ago. So I suppose I have some vintage wax. Great depth of shine. The only drawback is that you need to let the wax cure otherwise it’s a dust magnet

F*CK me, I'm not one for properly cleaning and polishing a car, however I recently got a new metalic black car and I'm not sure what cheap crap they put on it but road grime and brake dust etc just seem to embed itself. Even powerwashing the car wouldn't shift it. R222 paintwork cleanser though Wow. I almost didn't wax the car, it cut right through everything and left the car looking like it just rolled out the factory with a mirroemr finish. Took about 10-15 mins to cover the whole car thoroughly (large saloon) and all of five to wipe off. Similarly impressed with the wax. I always presumed I'd be there for hours buffing... But not with this stuff I was like a middle-aged karate kid haha. All in I was probably 15 mins applying the wax and 5 buffing but I did each panel individually so maybe more maybe less. Absolutely amazing result, my car is shining like a mirror, no swirl marked etc just a crisp high definition finish. Well impressed and I'll be recommending to friends who are car washing enthusiasts.

I've got shelves heaving with auto polishes that I've collected over years of feeding my OCD cleaning cars and bikes both old and new. Autoglym, Meguiars, Star Guard - you name it I've tried them all and spent a small fortune doing so. While I won't knock Star Guard (when applied correctly - it works well and makes a huge difference - though I wouldn't pay the £400 for it that the Merc dealer once asked for) - the rest are just pointless once you've tried this R222 carnauba. I haven't tried it on our light coloured cars yet. Our 6 month old black S class, which I used it, on has a deeper shine on it now than it did with 30 miles on the clock when we collected it new from the dealer. It's very easy to apply and remove using straight lines technique (no sign at all of hazes or swirling down the sides in sunlight using this method) and I've yet to buy better - I wholeheartedly recommend this wax.
