The Meguiars MT320 has been completely re-designed to bring together the perfect combination of ergonomic design and function.
The tool has a wide speed range of 3,000 – 7,500 OPM which allows for faster compounding, superior final polishing and waxing. The all new thumb adjustable speed dial and outer casing have been designed to allow for a more ergonomic feel and smoother buffing experience.
Inside the Meguiars MT320 are newly developed electronics designed to regulate and maintain the torque and speed of the machine. This ensures you get the best possible finish every time. The all new billet counter weight design means that the machine is smooth to use and perfectly balanced. The MT320 comes with a soft start which provides easy control when turning the tool on.

“Nice powerful DA polisher - my only issue with this machine is the very short cable”

“This is the only polisher I have ever used. I used it to remove scratches and swirls from the clear coat, and it did a fine job. It is a quality item. I used the orange chemical guys Hex Logic Quantum pads on a BMW. I know the clear coat is meant to be hard on German cars, and so it took some time with meguiars 105 - followed by 205, but it worked. It has made my paintwork shine very nicely (without wax) on an older car, but it does does take a bit of practice to get the right pressure and maintain pad rotation, and it takes time to complete the car. Overall - I am very happy with this product, but still have not mastered it. Note - there are no pads with this. I suggest buying 2 pads of your choice as if one gets dirt on it you don't want it touching your car, but you do want to continue. The included bag is a useful size with 4 pockets for spare pads and the like. I did find (as a novice) that too much pressure would stop the rotation of the pad. I am buying a 5" ultra soft backing plate from here to try. I believe that may help to optimise the pressure for a better cut.”
