Hi Neil, Not sure what to say on this one, you ordered on 24th at 1pm, we shipped same day and was delivered the next working day, the 25th @12.02pm. Confirmed by both GPS and DPD scanned image to correct address. Order confirmation emails and tracking emails were also sent, so I'm genuinely not sure what else we could have done. The fastest shipping we can do unfortunately is next day so sorry that wasn't good enough. Tim
