I brought this product for my plastic rear window in my car. It removes very fine scratches but not more severe ones. I'm using it to polish the plastic window and to make the plastic more supple.

Found some light srcatches, and etching, on our BMW plastic dash glass recently, and wanted to remove them. Thought i would try the PlastRX first, before buying a new dash glass, and im glad i did. It brought the sctatches and etches to a point where they are virtually invisible. I would say, use a microfibre cloth, to put the product on, and gently work it in. I used a foam aplicator at first, and managed to put some very light etching in myself, so used a microfibre cloth, and this was great. Another impressive Meguiars product.

Another product that works well, simply applied and worked in like a polish and buff off. I have used this on front/rear lights and number plates to great effect. It brought up a 2000 Polo's rear lights up fantastically. I have also heard this can be useful for older plastic headlights that "yellow".
