“Struggled with getting the correct adaptor to fit a new Nilfisk domestic machine. The Nilfisk/Alto would not fit. Company were very helpful and I identified the adaptor I needed should have round lugs which they had in stock but not advertised and sent right away. Good service when query raised.”

“I ordered an adapter which was made of plastic not brass when I phoned them it was sorted out straight away I’m waiting now for a replacement in the post, customer service was A+ I would recommend using this company”

“Impossible to remove existing karcher adaptor to replace with a nilfisk. No instructions are provided and no response from cleanyourcar support desk. Now I'm stuck unable to use my foam gun with my new pressure washer... not ideal”

Hi James, it's not 'impossible' just put the adapter in a vice and twist off using the body of the lance for leverage. You can just remove adaptor with a set of pump pliers or mole grips. It doesn't make it a bad product though
