FinishKare108 Top Kote is a liquid polymer sealant conditioner formulated to condition restore and protect interior/exterior plastic rubber and vinyl surfaces as well as leather.
The OEM quality formula enriched with Patented Anti-Static Agents to detour or eliminate dust attraction, UV Inhibitors which protect against sun damage and Premium Polymer Resins for maximum protection durability and longevity. Leaves a new like finish that is not greasy or wet. Excellent for use on leather interiors, dashes, engine compartments, tires, vinyl tops, rubber trim and molding.

Our Opinion:
On tyres this product is amazing. It leaves a very factory looking tyre. You can layer it to add more gloss and ofcourse with extra applications durability is improved. What shocked us about this product during testing was just how hydrophobic it made the tyres. Water and dirt just does not want to stick to the tyre at all.
The following video tries to capture water run off on a tyre treated two weeks prior with a single coat of #108.

“I bought this as a tyre dressing, thinking my tyres would shine. I had to apply a few coats to even look like they were slightly shiny. just goes mattt., I didnt see the other reviews. It did however do a good job on interior plastic. door bottoms that lose colour. thats the only reaso i gave it 3 stars as I still need to buy another wheel dressing”

“Bought this on the recommendation from the forum, have to say it's all an more. Can't believe how grey my tyres were before I first applied and two coats with a sponge was all it took. Nice water beading and seems to last well, tyres got that new look and not too glossy either. Perfect”

“Being really pleased with every Finish Kare product I've purchased, I thought I'd try this sample out. As a tyre dressing this is very natural looking, too subtle for me as my tyres are always nice and black I honestly couldn't see where I'd applied this dressing. Meguiars endurance suits my needs as a tyre dressing better. However this #108 dressing works really well as an anti static interior dressing! It applies very easily and leaves a natural clean look which is dust repellant. I'm happy with this product as a sample and will use it up on the interior, but I doubt I'd buy the full size bottle. This 4oz bottle is handy to have in the car and will last a long time. Overall a decent product, but nothing earth shattering.”

“I tried this sample out on my tyres and my cars interior, so that's a trial on rubber, plastic and leather. Firstly on tyres I don't really like this product as on my tyres which are spotless and black looking too start with I couldn't see where this Finish Kare had been applied. I much prefer Megs Endurance Gel which does darken my tyre walls and leaves a suitable level of sheen. On my cars dashboard this product worked very well, again you couldn't see a massive difference but it was there and the plastics looked as they should but felt smooth without being at all greasy or covered in residue. I expect Finish Kare's anti static claims to be true as #425 detailing spray is great for it's anti static abilities. On my leather centre console and seat bolsters the product had a very slight darkening effect and left the leather feeling supple and smooth. I do like this product as an interior dressing, but think it's lacking as a tyre or external trim dressing. I'm happy with my sample, but doubt I'd buy the full size bottle as I have other products which I prefer.”

“Used this sample on my bumpers and tyres to see if it gave a nice finish which it did, water also was kept off with it on. The finish isnt glossy its quite matt which is ok maybe a bit more gloss would of been nice, but really worth a buy as its only Е’ВЈ4 and you get enough for a few sets of wheels i would say!”

“I found this to be a great product, applys easily and really does keep a lot of dirt at bay and any that does stick is easy to hose off. Not a shiny glossy finish like others but thats a plus for me as glossy tires would look rather out of place on my steel wheeled van.”
