CarPro HydrO² Lite Wet Coat Spray Sealant
Speed up protection with CarPro Hydro2 Lite—a pre-diluted, spray-on, rinse-off SiO₂ sealant you can apply in minutes. After washing, simply mist onto wet panels and rinse to activate. It leaves a slick, glossy layer that beads water aggressively and resists UV, chemicals and grime, making maintenance washes faster and safer. Use as standalone protection or as a booster for ceramic coatings and waxes. Suitable for paint, wheels, trim and glass (avoid windscreen wiper sweep if preferred).

How to use CarPro HydrO² Lite
In a shaded location thoroughly wash the vehicle
Shake and spray onto a surface over 2-3 panels
Immediately rinse well with water
Repeat steps 2-3 until whole vehicle is covered
Dry any remaining water from vehicle
Pro Tip: As well as spraying it on a wet car, it can also just be used as a regular quick detailing spray where it can be sprayed on and buffed off on a dry panel leaving a very slick well protected finish

CarPro Hydro2 Lite is one of those products that still feels slightly clever every time we use it. Spray on, rinse off, done — yet the level of protection and water behaviour it leaves behind is anything but basic. When we want fast results without compromising on performance, this is often where we start.
Technically, it’s a ready-to-use, silica-based spray sealant that bonds to the surface during the rinse stage. That means there’s no need for buffing or complex application techniques. As long as the surface is clean and cool, we simply mist it on panel by panel and rinse thoroughly. The hydrophobic response is immediate and very noticeable.
In terms of finish, it leaves a clean, glossy look with strong water beading and sheeting. It doesn’t add heavy warmth or darkening, but instead enhances clarity and slickness in a very modern way. Maintenance washes become noticeably easier afterwards, especially in poor weather.
For us, Hydro2 Lite is a brilliant option when time is limited or when we’re maintaining coated vehicles and want to reinforce protection quickly. Fast, effective, and genuinely impressive for the effort involved.
