Collinite #915 Marque D'Elegance & Carlack Kit
This Collinite & Carlack sealant kit is we feel is the perfect set of products to clean and protect your car throughout the year.
The kit consists of:
- Carlack 68 - Nano Systematic Care 300ml
- Collinite 915 Marque D'Elegance (12fl ounces)
- Foam applicator
- Blue Perl Microfibre applicator pad
- 2 x Microfibre buffing towels
The Carlack Nano systematic care is a world class paintwork cleanser & sealer in one. Re-branded across the world the Carlack formula using Nano technology is a totally non abrasive paintwork cleaner that is capable of removing road film, oxidisation, tar spots and general contamination harmful to the surface of your paint. The real benefit of this product is that it also lays down a layer of super durable German acrylic polymers which will protect the surface of the paint from things such as road salt and industrial fallout. We've found in our own tests, on it's own after one layer will give in excess of three months worth of protection.
Once the paintwork has been prepped (the key to achieving the perfect finish) we have also included a 12 ounce tin of Collinite 915 wax. This wax imported directly from New York is renowned for it's legendary durability. For the winter months it is almost the perfect car wax because not only does it leave a mirror wet finish but it also protects like no other carnauba based wax. After two layers this wax has been know to last well in excess of 6 months beading water which simply rolls off the car.
We've also included in this kit all the accessories you need to apply and remove the products and with a normal retail price of just over £37 it's a bit of a bargain too!
Instructions:
Step 1 - First soak the microfibre applicator in water and squeeze out the excess until it's damp. Apply a small amount of Carlack Nano as shown below which is more than enough to do one panel. Apply to the whole car.
Step 2 - Buff of the product using a microfibre cloth included once the product has hazed.
Step 3 - Using the foam applicator included. Apply the Collinite wax as thinly and evenly as possible to a panel. With this particular wax I like to work a panel at a time. Applying the product then waiting until it has hazed on the panel before bussing off with a fresh microfibre cloth. It's important to use a clean microfibre for this stage so there is no cross contamination of product.
Step 4 - Wait for it to rain and the the water simply bead and roll off the car.

Bought this set after reading the reviews here. It is clearly makes a huge different on a black car, however if you are working with hands you will regret it. It took me about an hour to get the 915 off with a microfibre towel! I do execrcise 3x a week in the gym but man this stuff is a big pita! My advice is get a decent buffer and do the work with it...But other tham this issue my black audi clearly looks amazing, color pops out and even it's 11 years old it looks like 3 after applying the 915. Great stuff but I will have to buy a buffer for it...

Not being the kind of person that enjoys cleaning their car, I wanted to purchase something that would last a long time. On my Internet travels I found a site where somebody was comparing 30 different waxes over six months. The collinite 915 was one of the waxes that lasted six months and was one of the cheapest (I am cheap). The Car Lack was a revelation. I thought it was going to be something really gimmicky but it really did seem to improve the quality of the clean prior to application of the wax. Both products are very easy to apply and buff (just don't apply the wax when it is too hot for example in direct sunlight or else the wax never produces a haze and remains molten..). Prior to this I just used car polish in complete ignorance of the different products and wondered why I never got a really nice shine to the cars.... Overall both products are extremely good quality and I would recommend them for the price (just about - but then I did say I am cheap).

Went on very easily - wax more so than the sealant - and buffed up beautifully; early days, and I'm no expert in these matters, but a great deal with good delivery - thanks.

Brilliant! Does exactly what it says on the tin. Funny watching the raindrops bead off when you start driving, leaving the paintwork DRY!!

Well what can I say I thought I would give this a try as after some research the Collinite 915 sounded very good.I use Megs most of the time but this went on very well and the result was amazing.I used a G220 and some sonus to polish it then sealed with the Carlack and finshed off with the 915.The car looks very wet this was the result I was after.

Fantastic. Reckon there's enough of the Collinite left for 8 years of polishing and the CarLack really got rid of all the minor scratches. Top products, great value and the discussion board has great members who give REAL advice. Highly recommended.
