“Used on my A45 satin black wheels. Goes on nicely, removes easily and doesn't leave any blotchiness or staining. Leaves the wheels looking blacker and was easier to clean the following time. Not cheap but for me just doing my wheels it will last years. Good stuff.”

“I spent 7 hours preparing all 4 wheels on my new a45 AMG with 19" black matte wheels. I collected my car on Friday evening from the dealer with 1.2 miles on the clock and spent all day Saturday in the garage just on the wheels as I knew these were going to be difficult to keep. Even from new the wheels had a fair amount of contamination but they were spotless after a full detox, iron x, very minor clay and a meticulous ipa and de-ionised water clean finally the wheels were spotless. After they dried fully I added the Jet Seal with the microfiber sponge as suggested and allowed to dry for 20 minutes. The surface has to be water mark free and cannot come into contact with any water/mist whilst it's drying as this will just show as amplified water marks. The finish was very good as I would have expected, I found the right pressure to remove the hazed product without polishing after just the first wheel. I did not need to use any quick detailer to get a spotless finish. I was really happy with my full days work... pics in forum post However, I've fail to see any benefit of this product, after just a few days of light use anything and everything sticks to the wheels, even one piece of road grit about 3mm in size on the inner rim :o. There is certainly no nano technology I can find going on with this product, the water does not bead after just 1 week or run freely and requires a lot of work with a brush to remove the brake dust and particles even without any substantial rain during my test, a few puddle splashes at worst. It may indeed have the UV protection however I'm unable to test this without the correct camera technology but I'm inclined not to risk it and will be sourcing another product in the hope that another full day will prove more effective. This product may work on panels but Chemical Guys should not be advertising this as a wheel product as it simply does not work and certainly is not worth the investment not only in the product but even more so your time. Sorry CYC IMHO this one is not a keeper.”
