The Orange Medium-Cutting Quantum Pads are perfect for removing light to moderate swirls, scratches, water spot etching, and oxidation with any dual action or rotary polisher.
The Orange Quantum Pad is the workhorse of the Quantum system. The medium-cutting pad removes light to moderate defects like swirls, scratches, oxidation, and water spots to restore gloss, depth, and reflection to painted surfaces. Detailers start every paint restoration by polishing a test spot with the least-aggressive combination of cutting pads and polish to determine the gentlest way to achieve perfection. The medium cut of Orange Quantum pads balances enough power to remove the majority of defects from most finishes, but is gentle enough for even the most sensitive paint jobs.

“All the hex logic pads are fantastic but I will be purchasing/researching how to clean them after use as they do tend to get a bit clogged after compounding a whole car and I would like more than one useage from a pad !”

“used for the first time with menzerma 400 and they worked treat. didn't thicken up after a little use like the other pads i have used and were easy to clean afterwards. would def recommend and will use again/replace the same when required .”

“to be honest I heard a lot of bad reviews on these but I think it must be down to incorrect use as from the second I opened the packaging it felt like a quality pad, nice firm strong foam and the new hook and loop backing is far better and strong, it has great cutting and with the hex logic design and hole in the centre it does not bog down on my da like most flat pads do, I will be buying a lot more of these, thank you”

“Bought one of these and some one step polish to spruce up the paintwork on my 7 year old Porsche. It was a little smaller than the Sonus pads that I had used on the DAS 6 Pro machine before, and as such the velcro part of the machine protruded out. I managed to do about half the car with one of these pads before it gave up and started disintegrating, and as it was my first time doing it, I don't know if that is average or not. That said, while it was still in one peice, it seemed to work well.”
