Chemical Guys Hex-Logic - Green Heavy Polishing Pad 5.5"
This pad is is used by Mercedes Benz at OEM level and is designed to be used with a random orbital polisher (e.g DAS-6, Shinemate ERO 600, DAS-6 PRO)
It produces less spot heating and has a unique compression/load/deflection ratio which means it conforms quickly to contours. It is a high strength foam with 60 pores per sq. inch yet is softer and more forgiving than our regular foams which have 80 pores per sq. inch.  This pad is tough enough to remove swirls and scuffs while at the same time producing a high gloss swirl free finish.
This foam is also ideal for applying one-step cleaner waxes. It is a balance of polishing and finishing that is perfect for all-in-one product application.
Chemical Guys Hex-logic pads are the latest innovation In polishing and buffing pads.  The Hex-logic pads are engineered and developed for today’s pickiest detailing professionals.  Engineered, developed and tested to specific requirements of our OEM clients these pads utilize the best foams from around the world and the latest of testing and research and development

Used this pad to polish my car with Autoglym High Resin polish. Combined with the DAS-6 PRO, the results are incredible. The car looks good as new, even after 11 years. Just beware that the Autoglym polish sucks (very watery and difficult to break down).

Bought an ex demo Golf R in Lapiz Blue beautiful colour and well suited to the Golf. Looked great in the showrooms however I caught a glimpse in the sun a couple of weeks later. To my dismay there were a lot of fine swirl marks not good on this particular colour. Decided to detail myself and used Chemical Guys Hex-Logic pads. Lots of elbow grease hex-logic and patience have restored the finish to an almost showroom condition. Brilliant product

Not being an expert detailer, I used the Hex-logic Green pad on my DA with Megs Ultimate Polish on a surface previously prepared with Megs Ultimate Compound on a Hex-Logic orange pad. There was a marked increase in the depth of shine and the surface was ideal for the application of wax. Definitely worthwhile.

definately worth the extra, so much better than the flat pad. Easier to use, less pressure involved, might just be me but looks a far cleaner finish. Very impressed.

This Hex-Logic pad works well with the DAS 6 Pro and Pro Plus. It is ideal for applying Sonax products. Better quality than others that I have used. Good service once again from CYC

Used with m105 for some scuffs, really good pad, was going to try the orange first but thought I'de start with this combo, and was it wasn't too aggressive but just enough to resolve the defects.easy to clean and hold the product well too. on the 2nd pass i sprayed a little quick detailer and there was more than enough to do a 2ns pass without drying out.

The green hex pad is a great polishing pad, provides brilliant results with a range of polishes. Won't be disappointed whether your using DA or Rotary.

I borrowed one of these pads from a friend to assist in getting out some surface scratches, and when used with the correct polish it returns great results, leaving a shiny glossy finish. I want to do the whole car with this now!
