The DAS-6 PRO Dual Action Polisher is our best dual action polisher with a powerful 900w motor, 6 meter cable and two backing plates. It provides extra torque and useablity over regular dual action polishers and especially on tougher paints allows polishes to break down quicker. We have combined the polisher with the Autofinesse Revitalise kit, to include absolutely everything an enthusiast would need to fully correct their paintwork.

Dual Action (DA) polishers like the DAS-6 PROv2 are widely regarded as the best choice for enthusiasts because they combine safety and performance. Unlike rotary machines, a DA polisher oscillates as it spins, significantly reducing the risk of paint damage or holograms, making it perfect for beginners and hobbyists who still want professional-level results.

Dual action polishers are very popular with car enthusiasts and professionals a like as they are low risk but give much better results than polishing by hand. “I posted a review 11 months ago (John D) and I stick by that review. The machine itself is an excellent and capable machine for the enthusiast (as I started off being) I now have a detailing business though and the DAS has been excellent but just takes a little longer to correct paintwork and for this reason, I am about to upgrade to Rupes. I still maintain that you should go for this machine of you are dipping your toe into the “machine polishing/paint correcting world” but not with the Autofinnese combo. After 11 months usage, I’ve found that menzerna compounds and polishes coupled with chemical guys pads or lake country pads are far far superior. So by all means go for this machine just not with the auto finesse package. Btw, although had an issue with the pads, CYC sorted this for me.excellent customer service and since buying this machine, I’ve made numerous other purchases from CYC and have always been impressed by the customer service.”

“Really happy with the DAS 6 pro machine but if I was to purchase again, I wouldn’t get it with the Autofinesse kit. I find the compounds quite dusty when using and worst of all, the yellow pad in the kit completely exploded The first time I used it when I tried to clean it after 5-10 minutes of refining. It has been suggested by CYC that the pad was perhaps heavy with product and that I shouldn’t have spun the pad at speed 4 off the car to clean it, but I’m not buying that. I’ve now purchased some more compounds and polish as well as some microfibre pads and some Chemical guys Hexlogic pads. Hopefully those will serve me better. Just annoyed at the extra money I spent upgrading from the machine only option to the Autofinesse kit, when in all honesty, I probably won’t use any of the Autofinesse products again due to a genuine fear of catastrophic pad failure when cutting or polishing.”

“This machine is decent. A little in the heavy side, but nothing more than any others. Prompt delivery, but two gripes... 1, the machine doesn't come with pads-this comes in the separate auto finese pack, of which there are three off. This is nit enough and at the point of sale, c.u.c should offer more. 2, when your up and running, the site doesn't cleaely signpost whete ro go fir replacement pads Cheers Mark”

“I am a beginner to machine polishing and after asking around advice, the majority swung towards the DAS 6 Pro and I'd used Autofinesse products before so I took the plunge and went for this package. I am so glad that I did! It is easy to set the machine up and very easy to use with the one on/off switch on the front and thumbweel underneath to control the speed(has 6 settings). The cable is also adequate in length. As always the Autofinesse products were spot on, easy colour coordination with the different pads matching the different coloured cutting compounds. I have found it easy to use and it has given excellent results so far. Highly recommend.”

“Having used a rotary polisher for years it was time to venture forth into the unknown, the world of dual action polishing. After some research and a few discussions with fellow detailers i took the plunge. The machine bundled with the auto finesse kit gives you everything out the box to start and play. The machine is well constructed and the extra long flex is a blessing,the polishing kit works a treat and I managed to get some really impressive results, once I altered my polishing technique to suit the different machine and products. This machine and polish bundle is excellent value, everything you need is there and after a short period of time excellent results can be achieved. This is now my first choice of machine when paint correcting”
