ShineMate - Polishing Cone

The Shine mate polishing cones are a unique design for polishing both paintwork and metals. They are available in five grades of foam and simply attach to a regular drill.

The conical shape makes them perfect for polishing both wheels and exhaust tips and any other awkward areas.

When used in conjunction with a metal polish it possible to restore metals far quicker than by hand and on paint and laquered wheels in conjunction with a paintwork cleaner remove dirt and grime and with a polish scuffs and scratches.

The cones are available in 5 colours & grades of foam:

- Yellow Heavy Cutting
- Maroon Cutting
- Blue Polishing
- Orange Polishing/Finishing
- Red Soft Finishing

“Have all grades for polishing tailpipes and alloys, fantastic little time savers and well worth the reasonable cost. Will absolutely buy again when they need replacing. To clean I submerge in a small plastic container with a dash of APC allow to soak for 10 mins then agitate with a stiff brush, rinse, squeeze then allow to dry naturally. I am a pro detailer and they get constant use and last a long time with regular care.”

“Bought these specifically for polishing and sealing alloy wheels. Used on several vehicles now and delighted with the results. They make the task so much quicker with excellent results - also worked well on exhaust tips!”

“I usually polish wheels for myself and other people on a set of 17inch alloys I have spent an hour on each rim before. I bought these to use on a set of 20 inch Range Rover alloys and then for a set of BBS RS, I'm happy to say that I cut down the time not for one alloy but for all four, four 20inch alloys with a around 12 spokes and awkward design in 1 hour and came up better than before. For the price and level of finish it's a must, the ease of use and time saving is a bonus. tip for them is get some nitrile gloves then you can apply wax or polish to them directly by hand whilst it's spinning so you can save on the amount you use.”
