SONAX Xtreme Plastic Restorer Gel
Maintains unpainted plastic components on vehicle exteriors, e.g. bumpers and styling strips.
Microscopic nano-particles deeply penetrate into the grained and structured surfaces, resulting in long-term protection and really long-lasting conservation. Intensively freshens up the colours and produces a rich, deep shine on the treated surfaces. Also ideal for tyres and rubber components.
Being transparent makes it suitable for plastic components in all colours.

“I use this stuff to restore the trim on my old 1997 Fiesta, and also have used it on a couple of other cars too. I find it okay, but not great. It does bring plastic back to black (as it says), but I haven't found it lasts terribly long. Also, when it starts to wear off it doesn't go evenly so you get grey/black spots where it's wearing off on certain areas but not others. Not so bad I wouldn't use it again, but I'll probably try something else next time.”

“Sonax are getting a little boring, everything they seem to make is excellent. Usually detail the trim wtih either AF or 303 which does restore the new look of trim but never seems to last. The sonax is the consistency and colour of clean silicone sealant but has the feel of vaseline. Does a great job of restoring trim and seems to last weeks with good beading, used it on the scuttle panel, wing mirrors, wiper arms, window trim and rubber door seals. I have a MF applicator pad in a poly bag with the tube of sonax and use the same one over and over. A little goes a long way and should last years at this rate”

“I had always used AutoGlym Vinyl & Rubber Care on my own car (regularly detailed 2004 Subaru Impreza) and was happy with it. I had tried the AG V&R on a neglected 2000 Audi A6 with some very sun-bleached black vinyl trim, however, and it did nothing. This Sonax Xtreme Plastic Restorer Gel worked perfectly, instantly bringing back the deep black finish. Note that this is an extremely thick gel. So thick it takes a serious full-grip squeeze to get any out of the tube (I thought there was a seal still intact under the collar or something). But a little goes a long way. Once the microfibre is moistened with it, you can run it along door and window panels for a long time. Recommended.”

“Very good product brings back the colour of the black plastic and is not greasy like other products, a little goes a long way with this. Repels rain and dirt.”

“My 1995 Golf GT has its bumper and sounding detail plastics greyed. With a small amount of this paste it became back to black. I am amazed of that product as it is so well suited on these plastics that you think that its now new. Not greasy not sticking just black new. Simply AMAZED”
