“I got the 000 version. Used in conjunction with R222 metal polishing soap to clean the chrome exhaust tips of a diesel Audi A6. They are very "soft" to the chrome, did not scratch it. With the metal polishing soap the sooty, black tips came up perfect, inside the tip and out with minimum effort. Only downside is you cannot get them in a smaller pack, I have 15 of the 16 balls of wool left and will likely never need anymore now the exhaust tips will be kept on top of.”

“Used this with metal polish on my truck chrome hub cabs, got rid of all the tarnish from the winter and bought them up like brand new, really pleased. Also used on old glass with normal polish and restored it like new!!!”

“Good quality fine wire wool, use it for my exhaust tips with a bit of megs APC brings them up like new.”
