I have not opened the package and asked them if they would exchange it for a short-sleeved. They ignored my email so I had to resend it. Eventually, they replied, showing no interest in my problem and refusing to exchange shirts. This is the fourth shirt I have bought from them in two months but they really don't seem to care about their customers once they have their money. So disappointing.
While the shirt is fine, it is unwearable for me so I am out of pocket.
