“Not a good experience at all. I purchased a flip-up gas cap shown on the website as a genuine CEANDESS brand original part, made in the UK, and the pictures showed a genuine CEEANDESS cap. The high price reflected the genuine part, as cheap copies are available at a fraction of the cost of a genuine cap. I was therefore shocked on opening the package that I had been sent a terrible cheap knock-off copy. The casting and plating was awful. I rang the store and they agreed it was not the genuine item, were unable to source a genuine one and arranged a collection and refund.”

Regrettably we are not always able to supply the parts ordered.
This is often due to the fact that the parts for classic bikes are made in small batches and although we try to keep stock on hand occasionally we have to rely on stock from our suppliers. When we are unable to manufacture or obtain the part in a reasonable timescale we always offer a refund.
