Thank you for leaving a review. As I am sure you know we take customer service and product quality very seriously so we were particularly disappointed by your comments which we don't think are correct.
The item that you ordered is a transfer not a 'sticker' . It is not "flimsy and impossible to use" and is the correct item. You may not be familiar with warm water transfers so I have provided the instructions below:
To use warm water transfers, first prepare the surface by cleaning it and leaving a film of moisture on it. Submerge the decal in warm water until the film separates from the backing, and then carefully slide the decal onto the pre-moistened surface. Use a tool like a Q-tip or squeegee to adjust the position and remove excess water and air bubbles before gently pressing it down and letting it dry.
I hope that this helps. Perhaps once you have correctly applied the transfer you could remove your negative review.
