“Disappointed that I could have bought the same product from India for considerably less money. However, the problems would have been the same, not enough depth for the cable nipple and when put together and tightened up, can't turn the twist grip. I could not return it as I had tried lubing it so not in resaleable condition. Shame, as normally your products are very good.”
