“Told me it was in stock,it wasn't, then charged me an extra £15 to get from another supplier. 1 week later told me the would need another £25 because they needed to get from "another" supplier.
At which point I asked for a full refund.
They then said they would supply it at the original price.
So after Two and half weeks I finally got the gear, but the did not refund the extra £15 as agreed.
On the whole a very poor service from a very second rate company.”
