“We had 3 hire cars from various places in South Africa. The first was Durban which was a very easy pick up and drop off with very helpful staff. The car was ideal for our needs The second was in Port Elizabeth where equally we had an eay pick up and drop pff again with great staff Sadly the 3rd pick up at CPT the person due to meet us did not turn up and we had to walk over the the hire car centre where thank fully a very helpful lady at Europcar got in touch with the company and 2 men came and collected us to take us to the hire car. The drop off of this car was not as ideal as the other drop offs but again helpful staff”
