They gave me a hugely dented car (with a lot of unreported and under reported damage), with old and worn tyres one of which tore easily on a pothole and left me stranded. No answer on their number and only managed to find roadside assistance line after sending an email. No replacement car solution either.

Got to the desk with my 7yr old on my own to collect my hire car. The lady at the desk was very blunt and despite me having the voucher and confirmation said I had no booking. The thought of being stranded abroad with my child was not particularly pleasant. However I would like to say a massive thank you to Hannah bower who was straight on the phone to get it resolved, I ended up going with a different company due to U save refusing to honor my booking at the price quoted and wanted a £900 deposit, I ended up settling for a car much lower standard than the one I booked but thanks to Hannah amazing customer service I had a full refund within a week of returning to the UK. I would never recommend U save to anyone on this basis.

Thank you Lily for sharing your comments. Firstly the U-Save have asked us to apologise totally to you for the situation you faced - which was due to a systems issue they encountered. Your booking had been confirmed to us by them, and our arrangement is that there is no deposit to pay - rather than the €900 suggested to you. They have identified the problem, and rectified it - so we are confident no future user will face such a situation - but we are very sorry you were. We are glad an alternative was found though to prevent your break being too badly affected, and that the difference in cost was speedily refunded by U-Save following Hannahs intervention.
