“When I arrived at the airport, my flight actually came in sooner than expected so I was hoping to get my rental sooner and pay the difference. I was told no so I had to spend the night in the airport. The young lady would refused it was also pretty rude, just said no with no explanation or reasoning. Honestly, if I would have went with Budget or Hertz that would have been allowed, but not with Sicily by Car. Aside from this, the entire rental experience was overall a good experience. I got a great rate on the vehicle and I felt safe in the car. Great value on the rental, they could invest a bit in customer service but maybe that's why the price was so good! The lady that ended up helping me was amazing, she was very helpful and explained everything very thoroughly in English and Italian, which was extremely kind of her. I will likely use Sicily by Car again as I'll be back to Sicily regularly.”
