“The booking process went smoothly, and I appreciated that after purchasing the extra insurance, no large deposit was required. Only a €200 fuel deposit was taken. However, there was a hidden additional cost for our 9-seater vehicle — we were told we had to purchase extra breakdown cover “in case we had a flat tyre.” It felt like a bit of a tricky add-on. We were informed that the fuel deposit would be refunded within 7 days, but it’s now the 11th day and there’s still no sign of the refund. The only thing I’ve received so far was an email confirmation (after 7 days) stating that the car was returned without any issues. Overall, while the booking itself was easy, the extra charges and slow refund process left a disappointing impression.”

“Was hesitant because I have not hired a car in such a long time and was worried about additional costs being added. On arrival it was slightly unclear where to get the shuttle bus but found it at the quick drop off spot. The office was spotless and the staff were really friendly. The car was clean and modern. The only thing they tried to add on was flat tyre cover but there was no pushing to get this. On return they did a once over of the car and I was on my way. My €150 fuel deposit was returned within about 3 days. Very happy with the service.”

“We have hired cars from OK Mobility/SurePrice via Clarify for over 6 six years now, in all those hires they have been the most competative and accomodating. Often we have had late arriving flights from the UK. and the staff at SurePrice have always greeted us with a very smiley reception, nothing has been an issue for them. best of people.”
